Nebraska gives patients three minutes each and leaves the rules in draft
Nebraska's Medical Cannabis Commission finished a public hearing on amendments to rules and fees on 15 October, generally limiting oral comments to three minutes. Nothing took effect automatically: the package is scheduled for consideration on 16 November and would still need review by the attorney general and governor. If it clears those steps, a new application round will open in early 2027 and the state may select up to four cultivators — access is moving at the speed of a thoroughly approved folder.
