Delaware gives THC drinks their own rulebook

A Delaware law effective 21 October establishes permits and requirements for making and selling THC-infused drinks. It provides routes through licensed liquor and cannabis businesses, with different rules for each; the effective date does not show that drinks have already reached shelves. Even a can of soda gets its own shelf in the legal code.
