Maine invites comment on medical-cannabis research grants

Maine is taking comments until 23 October on draft rules for a medical-cannabis research grant programme. The proposal covers researcher qualifications, scientific review, participant consent and publication of results. No grant has been awarded under these proposed rules: the regulator must first review comments and then submit the provisional rules to the legislature.
