Half plan a sober ride — and almost half still drive

In a Virginia regulator survey, half of people who had used marijuana in the previous three months said they always planned a sober ride home, up from 42% in 2022. At the same time, 47% said they drove after use at least once a month, and 36% of drivers had ridden with someone who had used marijuana before driving. Public education is growing, but the habit seems to read the posters only after reaching the car park.
