Buenos Aires brings cannabis under the roof of La Rural

The three-day Expo Cannabis Argentina opens in Buenos Aires today, bringing together hundreds of stands, conferences, workshops, medical and veterinary consultations, art, clothing and a separate business area. Organisers place health, industry and culture in one pavilion, where a doctor and a designer share the same programme. The fair resembles a city built for three days, except that a stage schedule replaces the street map.
